Your Score: Much Ado About...

You scored 23% = Tragic, 42% = Comic, 58% = Romantic, 23% = Historic

You Scored Much Ado About Nothing! First published in 1600, Much Ado About Nothing is one of Shakespeare's most enduring comedies, and probably his most performed to this day. Much Ado About Nothing tells the story of two pairs of would-be lovers and the hysterical events that happen surrounding the wedding. As Claudio and Hero prepare to marry, Don Pedro and his friends, bored with the length of preparation time, take it upon themselves in the meantime to play matchmaker to Benedick and Beatrice, two sharp-tongued would-be lovers whose love for each other is masked by the "merry war of words" in which they are engaged that both of them are too stubborn to lose. Based on your results, we believe you to be a quick-witted, light-hearted romantic who is probably very charming and charismatic. While your stubbornness may sometimes get the better of you, we are confident that you always eventually come to your senses and do what's best. You probably have a lot of friends and we like you too!

Does anyone know if it is ok if I cook my chili on the stove like I normally would until it is fully cooked and then put it in the crock pot on the lower setting all day?

Does anyone have good recipes for hummus and/or baba ganoush?  I'm supposed to be bringing them with me Christmas Day.  I could easily buy them around here, but I thought it might be fun to try and make them.  The recipes I have found online vary a lot, and  I thought I would try to find recipes that someone I know has used and had success with.

There's an intersting game going on right now. Buchholz, who is pitching his first major league game is doing very well, and he has had great run support from the Red Sox, who batted through the order in the first inning. The bad part is that Doug Mirabelli was injured in the first inning in a day when we have a double header. I'm not sure who is going to end up catching tonight's game.

I haven't really watched many games yet this season. TCG and I decided we would wait until August to really start getting obsessive.

I was just making a quick list of shows that I want to watch this summer, so that I won't forget to set my DVR for them.  So far, I have "The Next Food Network Star", "Top Chef", "The Closer", and "Eureka".  Is there anything I'm missing or any summer series that I should know about?

You Are a Retrospective Soul

The most misunderstood of all the soul signs.
Sometimes you even have difficulty seeing yourself as who you are.
You are intense and desire perfection in every facet of your life.
You're best described as extremely idealistic, hardworking, and a survivor.

Great moments of insight and sensitivity come to you easily.
But if you aren't careful, you'll ignore these moments and repeat past mistakes.
For you, it is difficult to seperate the past from the present.
You will suceed once you overcome the disappoinments in life.

Souls you are most compatible with: Traveler Soul and Prophet Soul

I still showing _teacupguy_ Buffy in order. We're on S3 now and just watched "Gingerbread" tonight. I noticed that I had been seeing something wrong in the many times I had watched this episode. I though Buffy took both the book and the notebook from Willow in the scene where Willow is being called into Snyder's office, so that Willow won't get in trouble for having a notebook with the symbol that was on the dead children on it. Tonight I noticed that Buffy only takes the book that she needs for research and she leaves Willow with her notebook. It's not a significant thing really, but it is weird to notice I had been seeing something wrong an episode for so long.

I went back to the bookstore today because Mom and I happened to be at the mall and I wanted a latte (what?). The second Dresden Files still wasn't in, but I ended up picking up Furies of Calderon (Book One of the Codex Alera) also by Jim Butcher. Has anyone read this series? How does it compare the the Dresden Files? I picked up the second Weather Warden book out of curiosity.

I had a fun shopping day with Mom. I managed not to spend too much, which is hard, because she can be a very bad influence on me when it comes to shopping.

Last night's attempt to make polenta with sausage was thwarted because the meat market was closed, but today it was open, so the attempt is being made. I have never made polenta before, so this should be interesting.

I finally got around to watching the four episodes on the BBCA show, "The Eleventh Hour", that I have had saved on my DVR for a while.  It stars Patrick Stewart and Ashley Jensen (who plays Christina on "Ugly Betty").  It's an interesting little crime/science show.  I am disappointed that these four episodes are all that seem to exist.  If BBCA decides to re-air them, I strongly suggest them.

I have been watching S2 Buffy with Dave for the past few days. He's loving it so far. I have been having trouble not mentioning how beautifully they are setting up Angel as the Big Bad. Every episode seems to have at least one mention of Angel not being trustworthy, etc, starting with Buffy asking in When She Was Bad, who would be the winner if they had a fight to the death. I was surprised, looking at the episode line-up, how late in the season Angel turns evil. There is a lot packed into the last half of the season. The Dark Age is up next, I can't wait.

You Are a Caramel Crunch Donut

You're a complex creature, and you're guilty of complicating things for fun.
You've been known to sit around pondering the meaning of life...
Or at times, pondering the meaning of your doughnut.
To frost or not to frost? To fill or not to fill? These are your eternal questions.
